Senior Dinner

Every year on the night before graduation, the teachers and staff host a dinner to honor the graduating seniors and their families.  It is a huge feast and fun way to celebrate together.

We used black paper to cover the cafeteria tables.

Cutting strips of paper for the photo backdrop.

We twisted silver and purple streamers to create table runners.

Getting the pies ready.

Steak and shrimp for the main course.

We set out white colored pencils for guests to write on the tables.

Working on the place settings.

Teachers were the servers for the night.  We brought their drinks and plates to them.

Desserts included pumpkin pie, blueberry pie, apple pie, cheesecake, and ice cream.

We had some fun music playing on the speakers to create a party atmosphere.

Putting gloves on, getting ready to serve.

Our awesome cooks dishing the food on the plates.

Two hands ready to grab plates.

Waiting in line to grab plates for serving.

The assembly line in the kitchen.

Getting the dozen gallons of ice cream out of the freezer to serve with the pies.

Happy families.

Dishing ice cream.

We put the dessert on a cart, and wheeled it around so the guests could pick which one they wanted.

 Picture time.
