Transportation: Two Feet

We officially sold the snow machine.  So for the next six weeks we're back to walking.

The snow has almost totally melted off the boardwalk.

Lazy cooking: macaroni and cheese with broccoli on top.

We took our friend with us skiing on Friday.
She landed the same way I did going down the bank the first time.

The bushes are now a fire-y red color.

We went back through the tundra again.

On our way back, we crossed paths with one of our students.

The post office and the health clinic.

Kids are riding their bikes now because the ice has melted off the road.

A lot of kids were playing outside after school this day.

The road is back to dirt.

Kids playing basketball on the deck.

We walked to the store this weekend.  I noticed these tiny houses along the way.

Walking to Dave's Store.

What? Fresh produce.

Dave's store was stocked full of frozen fried chicken.

Couches

Ice cream

We stocked up on eggs.

On our walk back, we took another peek at the outside of the new school building.

The outside basketball court in progress.

The front entrance.
